RULES & GUIDELINES: Please be respectful of other campers at all times, No inappropriate language. Please contact managers if there are any issues. We are a privately owned park and expect that you will abide by the rules set out for the comfort of all of our guests.

QUIET TIME: 

Please keep music low in respect of others. 

Sunday - Thursday   11pm – 8 am        

Friday / Saturday     12pm – 8am

SMOKING:

Smoking of cigarettes is restricted to the designated fire pit area only or outside of the park. Smoking or vaping of any other substance including cigars is not permitted in the park.

PETS:

• NO PETS June 24 through end of September long weekend in daily rental sites. 

• Max one dog per site when permitted.

• No pets larger than 17” height/length are permitted at any time.

• Pets must be leashed and/or secured in a kennel when outside in your space at all times.

• Pets not permitted in common areas with the exception of walking on closest roadway (as directed by managers) to exit park.

• Pets are not permitted under RDOS bylaw on sandy shorelines or any public beach swimming area (Pet Park at end of Christi Memorial Park only).

• Pets must not be left unattended in units for extended periods of time, management must be notified if pets left in units unattended. Constant barking / bothersome/ not on leash pets will be evicted.

VISITORS:

• Registered guests are responsible for visitors conduct during visit!

• Visitors are not allowed to bring pets into park. Day visitors must leave park by 10 pm unless given permission for special event.

• Management must be notified of any day visitors upon or prior to arrival,

• Overnight visitors to be registered upon or prior to arrival.  Current fees for day or overnight visitors must be paid upon arrival.

VEHICLES/ BOATS:

• One vehicle per site. No exceptions. Public parking available along 8th Ave.

• Registered guest boats only permitted on dock, all boats must provide liability insurance (No drop offs or pickups by others without permission)

• Motorcycles not permitted to be started before 9 am.

• Boats and boat trailers not permitted in park (management will give directions for trailer storage)

SECURITY:

Do not leave coolers (Alcohol) or unlocked valuables out at night. Lock vehicles/bikes at all times. Do not leave valuables in sight in vehicles. We are not responsible for any loss

GARBAGE:

• Diapers or sanitary napkins can plug sewer system, place only in designated  garbage containers. All garbage must be securely bagged, no loose garbage in bins.

• No cardboard or recyclable materials in garbage cans.

• Use designated recycle bins for plastic bottles, cans, and liquor bottles.

CAMPFIRES:

Propane fire pits are permitted in sites during camping season and fire ban.

FACILITIES:

Sun and Sand RV Park Facilities offered or supplied are not supervised (Use at own risk) Small children must be supervised while in the washrooms. Anyone caught defacing park property will be asked to leave without refund. Use facilities at your own risk, we are not responsible for accidents, mishaps or injuries during your stay. If there is something you do not understand, please ask. Failure to comply could lead to eviction without reimbursement.
